GEIT is assembling a new quick-change C/Z steel purlin roll forming machine designed to produce steel C and Z channel steel in sizes 100-300mm made from 2-3mm galvanized steel material.
This roller forming machine automatically produces C and Z channel steel, including rolling forming, punching and cutting, but requires manual operation to switch from C to Z (simple operation may take about 15 minutes) and adjust different sizes (automatic/electrical adjustment is optional and can be provided on request).
Compared with a separate C type purlin machine or Z type purlin machine, the machine can produce C&Z type steel groove of various sizes at the same time, with less operating space and lower cost (compared with buying C type purlin machine and Z type purlin machine). This machine only black border is less capacity, because a c purlin machine and a z purlin machine, customers can also do c purlin and z purlin, only production c beam or z beam, the c/z purline fast in molding machine only once, which means that as long as there is some trouble need maintenance, C&Z must stop production.
